Here is some of my extensive research:
It is Chivas alright, but not Guadalajara's. It seems to be Chivas USA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chivas_USA) affiliated to the Mexican Team.
Chivas USA has a cheerleader group called the "Chiva Girls"
