EDIT- AHA! When I right clicked and saved the photo, this thing was taken during hurricane Katrina. That might be why the car was moving at 133 mph. Maybe not, but look at those stinkin' trees!

I was thinking Toyota MR2, but the angle of the photo makes it hard to tell... or maybe it's just that little dent on the rear bumper that makes it hard to tell.
