I got mine for round that same price, but mine came with a troll that actually writes the words on the screen for me.
Well I can have one built for next to nothing but my fuckin school loans are all fucked up and they still have some of my money:eek: so I am waiting for that...

Do NOT go to Best Buy. Go to Micro Center if you have one wherever you are. Or buy it from Newegg.com. Or piece one together from other computers. WHO CARES, just don't go to Best Buy unless you like paying too much for inferior products.
For sure my cousins gonna put one together for me so when shit gets outdated I can just replace it.:thumbsup:
I bought all my computers from Best Buy and never once had a problem with any of them.
Maybe your computer was bad because you bought a E-Machine brand??? Or Dell/Gateway??

No no, I didn't say they break. Best Buy just sells computers that have $200 worth of parts for $500. Plus they love slight of hand tricks. HEY look at how much memory is in this computer!! 2 gigs!! But if you look closer, it's got a 2.4ghz p4 processor, a 40gb hard drive, a 256mb agp (if you're lucky) video card, a CD-RW drive, a DVD-ROM drive, and a basic motherboard. All running on a 200W (probably Bestec or Antec) power supply. But they make it look AWESOME by advertising it's "fine points" such as "high ram levels!" and the "8 USB ports!!".
Now these parts aren't the worst parts you can find, and the computer would work alright, but the fact is that the parts aren't worth NEARLY how much they're trying to sell them for. It's like taking a 1990 Geo Metro and replacing the windshield wipers and tires, then trying to sell it for $15,000.
So no thanks. Go to Best Buy if you A: don't know anything about computers, or B: don't care that you're being ripped off.
PS: Anybody who takes their computer into Geek Squad to get fixed deserves to get cock-slapped 8.982374823759865 times in the face.

I hate Best Buy because they rip people off that don't know any better, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
And it's NOT like your Gamestop reference, because I hate Best Buy and I NEVER shop there. So it's not like I'm saying I hate it while I'm shopping htere, because I don't. I go to Micro Center: a REAL computer store.
