Guys, she's in trouble. She (well, actually the reverend of the church she assits to, filling in for her) posted a bulletin on MySpace that says she got into an altercation with someone else and despite the fact that the problem was supposedly ''accidentally started'', she has now been arrested and is waiting to be transfered to prison. The person she had the problem with didn't even press charges, it is the D.A. the one making a big fuss about it. If this wasn't enough of a mess already, the bulletin also said that she's pregnant.

But with his television career just about to be rejuvenated, the former child actor feels that, if released, it could be detrimental to his squeaky clean image.
He released a statement saying he was seeking legal action:
"Around four years ago I filmed a sex tape in Las Vegas with Sky Lopez, this was a private tape and I have never given my permission for it to be made public." He said.
"I had the only copy, but a long time ago I was threatened by someone claiming to be acting for Sky and told that I must hand over the tape for her to destroy it.
"All this time later I am told that someone is trying to sell it. I am upset by this as my career is really starting to pick up, I have a new US reality show and a studio film on the way and the sex tape route is most definitely one that I don't want to go down and I am taking legal advice on the matter."
