Silicone vs saline

I think saline is preferred with women, because I've heard the body is less likely to reject a saline implant than a silicone implant. I don't know if an informed guy can tell the difference between the two, even by touch.

Just so you know big difference between the two. Saline was preferred when the old silicone implants would rupture and leak. If a saline implant leaks it does not put toxic crap in your body. The only problem with saline is they dont look or feel as real as silicone. The new silicone implants are a whole lot safer than they used to be. My wife has saline now and when she has them re-done (which you should do every 10-12 years) she is getting silicone next. She also told me she is going slightly larger:thumbsup:

I have to agree with this. I really don't like fake boobs. I think they should only be used if one boob is obviously larger than the other or if a woman has a mastectomy or is otherwise disfigured.

Implants are great. If you can afford 'em, get 'em I say...I believe the latest info I read is that Plastic surgeons believe silicone "look more natural" although, as the very missed Sputnik Girl pointed out, saline is friendlier to the body.

I can't tell the difference visually or by touching. They feel great to me. They generally make the girl feel great emotionally...so, that's a major plus, in my book. I would prefer the real vs fake issue to completely leave public discussion. It is an issue which unfairly demeans women, I think.

I'd probably be able to tell a difference by a hand squeeze test. But I don't foresee myself in a situation where I'm next to one babe with silicones and the other with salines. Photographs would be great though.

As far as breasts go, I find myself indifferent. As long as the girl has at least a 36 C, I'm pretty happy. This includes fake and natural alike. But, as I've been told... anything bigger than a mouthful goes to waste.
