Should white performers who appear in racist, anti-White productions be boycotted?

This was done in the 1990s when the black audience was fed up with the stereotypical, comic way that black performers were depicted. New studios like Video Team sprung up to cater to black male audiences.

Asian-American men have followed in suit, creating their own niche sites. Asian-American men are still underpresented in the industry.

Now as for Whites, there are plenty of White owned studios. But even then there is a large share of porn that is out there meant solely to degrade White men and women.
Until the last few years, white folks have ignored it or complained but did little else. Now there are enough people who are fed up with the racist filth that White performers and directors are appearing in.

Ultimately, these people only care about their money. If they cared what society thought, they wouldn't be in the porn industry.


Some people will say that it's too harsh to boycott performers, just boycott the studio. It has to fall on those performers to be boycotted to make it untenable for them to make that content. Less cam show revenue and less money for the studios who choose to hire performers who perform in movies degrading White people.

I am not going to go out of my way to find that stuff. I don't want to see that crap done to other races either. You do make a good point of it. It's "art" persay. That still works with what I'm talking about. They have the right to make it, but we don't have to make it easy for them to make a profit off of it.

Artists and companies get boycotted all the time, and it works. There was an infamous porn website a few years back that got the Black community (and Jews) so up in arms that they threatened the service provider with boycotts and legal action. The site was pulled down by the service provider.

As someone said elsewhere, it's an act its fiction, fantasy whatever you want to call it but its not real. If the actor/actress is doing it, they either have low self esteem or have a fucked up moral compass to be doing it if they took it to be serious.

Maybe I miss the point, but tackling racism, discrimination in porn by boycotting a performer? Does less zero to tackle the over all problem of racism in general, which again, is the greater evil.

You can do whatever you want. The only thing these folks care about is their bottom line. If there is the threat of loss of work, even an unrealistic one, then we've already done our job.

I'm already getting people who tell me they are doing the same thing. A lot of this business isn't even profitable nowadays. If it hurts their profits even a little bit each month, it may influence the studios and the performers to change their content.

It's been done before, it can be done again. Especially now that the porn industry is not as profitable as it used to be.
