Should we add a FreeOnes Team Member rating system?

We are thinking about adding this feature where you can rate the performance of FreeOnes team members.

I personally think this would be an interesting feature but was wondering what you guys think. It might be a good idea to, say, get Regina to start wearing pants at work, or prevent Anders from using your gloves to masturbate.
