Should RM staff be ashamed of themselves?

We all know what has been going on with RM staff over the past year and whilst I agree many of them work hard, I find their current actions as totally unacceptable.

First up, if you don't like, go elsewhere just like everyone else does. Its simple.

Secondly, do these people even know that strikes are only a short term temporary solution that will lead to nowhere but loss of their wages and in the long term even their jobs???? Don't they think its best to look elsewhere instead of wasting everyones time?

To me many of them should just be sacked and let someone who wants to do the job get on with it.

At the of the end, its a business decision, if RM want to cut jubs, its their decision just like other businesses do. Nothing staff can do about it.

Add to that despite a 2.5 % pay offer rejected by unions, they even rejected RMs proposal of a 6.9% over 2 years deal. What do these people think they are?

In my view, their actions are unjustifable and unrealistic expectations. TU laws needs to be changed to prevent such stupidy from taking place which effects everyones lives.
