Should I record the SuperBowl? Is it worth it?

So the Suber Bowl is on tonight as everyone is aware of, but my question is, should I record it?

It finishes at like 4 in the morning so I'm not watching it live but should I watch it tomorrow. Will it be a good match? Is it exciting?
I've never watched an American football game for more than 15-20 minutes before and I don't know the scoring system, rules etc. I know that teams use tactics/plays and that the team are trying to get a touchdown but that's about it

Should I record it? Or is it not really worth it given I don't know how much the score goes up from a touchdown and don't know the rules.

if you dont know the rules try to learn them real quick an get in the action i know its hard but if you know the game of football its real cool. ill stay up all night to watch the game and watched every superbowl the past 3years and a lot reg season games. if you the rules just a little its reallly worth it. and you are not in america so not every person you meet tomorrow will tell you the score before you watch the recorded game

It's usually an overrated, over-hyped game. The commercials (which is why some women solely watch it for) are a pathetic excuse to watch a game - any game - for.

TiVo it if you wish. If you pay for the service You Might as well use it.

It's not going to hurt to record it. If you're not feeling the game you'll at least like the commercials

I think I'll record it. The function to record is standard here and free so we don't buy things like TiVo. If I don't like it I'll delete it, there's nothing to lose in this circumstance.

It's on the BBC though, so no adverts/commercials. I'll just search those on youtube. Being a soccer fan it gives me the chance to see what all the Americans love about American football

No, it's alright, just a lot of starts and stoppages. With the Super Bowl though the commercials taking precedence over the game sometimes it makes me want to puke, but it is a reflection of the regular season of your regular team, I guess. We grow up on it and play it here though.

I say record it, BMH. If it's not a good game you can delete. Whereas if it is a good game you can enjoy it. Later you can have someone sit with you, pause it, and explain the rule as the game goes along.

I'll definitely record it I think. The show starts at 11pm then kick off is a little after, so I'll be awake to see the start and then when it gets too late I can just watch the rest the next day. The BBc have no adverts anyway and if I don't like it, I can delete it. Nothing to lose

What you do for the Super Bowl, I do for the champions league final or the various cup finals etc. Loads of people together watching the match on tv
