When I lived in Brooklyn, NYC this nut was on the news everytime she got some work done.

There is also a man who has done the exact same surgery. I cannot remember his name, but he went as far as getting tattoo stripes and surgicaly putting metal posts on his cheeks to attach wiskers. What a couple of nuts
