She's famous, but can't remember her name!

Hi!

That girl is well-known (even quite popular on this board i guess) but I can't remember her name!

can someone refresh my memory please?

I last saw her about 2 or maybe 3 years ago in several sets. I thought that she was either ********* or just 18 at the time. She had braces and was much skinnier then. I never did find out who she was and now that she has matured a little I also want to know who she is.
 
Im gonna take a stab in the dark here and say that she's Russian....

Where else would the water look so bad???...;)
 
It's true that she looks a bit "just 18" on that pic...but on the others pic from the same set, you can easily see that she's older than that...
