When he pardons Sheriff Joe it will be a slap in the face to all Hispanic immigrants (and immigrants in general) as well as a not-so-subtle condemnation of our judicial system. Of course, that's nothing new for a guy who has no basic understanding of what the 3 branches of government are for and believes that he should be able to rule by decree like some sort of emperor. Border Patrol Agents in Ajo Arrest MS-13 Gang Members


TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents from the Ajo Station arrested a MS-13 gang member Sunday night west of Lukeville.

Misael Ramirez-Benitez, an El Salvadorian national, was apprehended after he illegally entered the United States. During processing, agents conducted a records check and discovered Ramirez had been convicted multiple times, in various states, for crimes ranging from assault with a weapon to robbery.

Ramirez is now facing federal criminal charges for re-entry of an aggravated felon.
