Be nice, courteous, respectful and polite when asking for things in your DMs/PMs. If you're pushy and indignant, they (content creators) may not respond to you. Otherwise their responses will be delayed. Remember that they do have the power to ban you from viewing their content. Even after you've paid for the service.
If you chargeback your credit card, OnlyFans themselves will block you. Then you'll have both the adult model mad at you and the Platform causing you login problems. If you have an issue with a content creator (for example, like the non-delivery of a custom video that you've paid for. Custom videos are available for download usually through a drive.google app that the lady will provide to you as a link.), please take the matter up with OF support first. Have OnlyFans support be the liaison between you and the content creator. If the girl does not provide the custom video, OnlyFans will give you back a refund. Don't take it upon yourself to initiate the action. That's never good policy.
