I feel that “furry” or more correctly “Anthropomorphic” art is getting the short end of the stick here. If you simply don’t like it, then fine your entitled to your onions and preferences, however I should add..
“Furry” first of all isn’t about “bestiality” or .. Animal sex, No the majority of the “furry” community is actually geared more towards role playing, they’re quite simply characters .. just like any other, half elf, or Jedi guardian for example.
“Furry lifestylers”, are people like my self, they’re not content with their human form for what ever reason, physiological issues aside more then enough of them live healthy, productive lives (that is, they’re able to pay taxes : P) to justify it as a relatively harmless “hobbies” so to speak. It’s not all about eroticism, in fact the majority of the fandom isn’t into all kinds of blatant, wild sexual freakishness.
.. Actually, even the “furry fetish” is pretty all right in my book .. compared to .. oh I don’t know two Japanese school girls shitting on each other in front of 20 or so middle-aged men.
And, another distinction “Furry” -is not- anime, anime “cat girls” or what ever else people glue to humans shouldn’t, and isn’t considered “anthropomorphic”. .. Am I a furry? No, I’m a lycanthrope .. there’s a difference, see, I get to be tactless and abrasive and use artistic license as an excuse :3.
