OH MY GOD. Have I finally found the answers? There person in the game of League of Legends who has been sending me pictures of this girl. And her account name happens to be Elly Noelle. She gave me her steam account as well, ilyananoelle. She even told me that she uses the pseudonym Elly Noelle for games and stuff. I also have her skype account and have talked to her. Either A, this person is completely fake and being a genius sending photos to me. Or B, there is some hot girl who plays video games sending photos to me. The reason I went on this hunt looking for answers about this person is because she sent a photo of her holding a card that says "I am Elly Noelle" She sent it through imgur. However, she began deleting these imgur photos. After realizing she was deleting them, I was able to go to my history and view my saved cache with 2 of the screenshots. These are the 2 screenshots a person by the name of "Elly Noelle" in League of Legends sent me. The one with her holding the sign got deleted and the hottest one got deleted :((.

If you click the links...You will see a "photo of a photo" because this is me looking at my cached history of the 2 photos I saved that she sent me. The original links are in the address bar, but, if you try to go to them, you will find they have been removed.
