Sexual slang doubt: "eat a girl" also means fuck her, os just giving her oral?

I'm brazilian, and sometimes I read in porn threads that a guy says that we wanted to eat a girl. I searched in the Urban Dictionary and there explained that "eat a girl" is the same as lick/suck her pussy. But here in Brazil when a guy says he ate a girl, it means he fucked her. I wanna know if in sex terms eat also means having sex with a woman, in english, or it justs reffers to oral sex.
