 :wtf:

so just because a couple of celebs lost the plot banging hookers that their wealth could afford them has turned a very natural urge into a disorder! another way for pharma companies to make money of a non-existant issue.. who are these experts anyway and why should they decide what is normal and what isnt?

half of FO could be on pills now .. what next .. masturbating more than twice a day could label you as a masturbation addict... :dunno:

Why save the world, when you can rule it?
Maybe I should get checked out for it...

I'm considering seeing a hypnotist to cure me of my desires to arsefuck the missus actually...

Just by talking about the addiction can be helpful.. seems like FO is stunned into silence by the revelation.

Sex addiction is different than wanting to fuck all the time.
Well done trying to justify your addiction. Just go get those sexual depressents already.

I wonder who gets to title this disorder? Hugh Hefner Disease - Charlie Sheen Syndrome - Tiger Woods Illness - Jessie James Condition

I'm not justifying anything. You're trying to downplay an addiction that ruins peoples marriages, careers and lives as "a natural urge".
I don't think sexual addiction is a real problem unless you go around raping every second woman. As far as ruining people's marriages is concerned its the affordability factor that makes one a sex addict and those people are really the last ones worrying about their careers or marriages . We all want to fuck all the time but do we ?

5. Preoccupation with the behavior or preparatory activities.

7. Continuation of the behavior despite knowledge of having a persistent or recurrent social, academic, financial, psychological, or physical problem that is caused or exacerbated by the behavior.
8. Need to increase the intensity, frequency, number, or risk of behaviors to achieve the desired effect, or diminished effect with continued behaviors at the same level of intensity, frequency, number, or risk.
9. Giving up or limiting social, occupational, or recreational activities because of the behavior.
10. Resorting to distress, anxiety, restlessness, or violence if unable to engage in the behavior at times relating to SRD (Sexual Rage Disorder).

Here Zombie, Zombie, Zombie...
I guess I can use that an excuse to call in sick now. I'm off to my Sex-holics Anonymous Meeting.

Don't touch the glazed doughnuts. They weren't glazed until I got there...

All 'disorders' are psychiatric to a certain extent. If it is ruining a person's life then it is more serious than some wanker teenager somewhere.
