Anybody else concerned about the monthly problems being brought up by the losing party? How many major stories been mentioned, debunked and move along to next?
the dissenting justices brought up President Trump's "motivation" with these travel bans based on what he said on the campaign trail.
And? So is that the Supreme Court's job to divine a President's motivation? How does that change whether the President has the executive authority under the Constitution to issue these bans?
And Justice Sotomayor comparing this ruling to Japanese American internment in WWII is ridiculous but predictable.
It's like they live in this alternate bizarro world where up is down or where a document is whatever you want it to mean.
And? So is that the Supreme Court's job to divine a President's motivation? How does that change whether the President has the executive authority under the Constitution to issue these bans?

If we are going to make an issue of comments made during the campaign, the RBG should have recused herself for her anti-Trump comments back then.

In addition to Saudi Arabia, one of the biggest (unofficial) sponsor to Daech is Qatar. Qatar is not targeted by this travel ban.
You know why these countries aren't targeted ? Because Trump and his friends have business with these countries.
The american strategy in the middle east is non-sense : Saudi Arabia's, America's biggest ally in the region after Israel, is government by people pushing Wahabbism, the most radical form of Islam, the ideology that brought us all these radical islam jihadists organisation : Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Daech, etc.
