Calloway in The Blues Brothers, Minnie The Moocher, always brings a tear to the eye, solid scat, big fat scat, delivered with ease, laxative-lux.

In a similar vein, though, I like all that 70s latin jazz fusion sound, the bah-de-bah stuff, similar to classic scat, yet less pained, brillianter.
