She did not get a reduction. The dress in the "after" pic is simply not designed to push them up and together.

I go through this with Jennifer Love Hewitt all the time. Sometimes her tits look gigantic, sometimes they look kinda' small. They're the same big natural tits and it's because they're natural...they can be manipulated to a great extent.

Yeah those aren't good illustrations of what you are trying to prove. Those are two different photos of Jen from two different years. The purple dress is from early in her career and the blue is from the last few years. And she has gone trough several weight loose/gains over the years for her work. And so has Scarlett it happens to all women when they loose weight and start burning fat guess what burns first the boobs. And when the world is obsessed with their tits and they get plastered all over the place these girls try to loose them to prove they are more then a great set of tits. Hell look at what Cristina Ricci did to hers.
