Scam (Never use 02) I've done this to publically shame them and to warn you all.

Welcome to O2. Someone will be with you soon.

You're through to Linden.

Vodkaz Victim: Hi Linden

Linden: Hi I'm Linden. How can I help?

Vodkaz Victim: I'm being scammed.

Vodkaz Victim: Please wait while I look up the details on my phone

Linden: Okay.

Vodkaz Victim: Can you access my sent and recieved texts?

Vodkaz Victim: Message from 69887 ( 18:00:55 28/12/2011:

Linden: I'm sorry I won't be able to access sent and recieved texts on your mobile phone.

Linden: I'll check this for you.

Linden: Can you tell me the current calltime balance and what you get free when you Top-Up?

Vodkaz Victim: FreeMSG: You are subscribed to mobile and Emails Glam Hot Babes for £3.00p week.

Vodkaz Victim: 18+ Help? 01414382170 or info@momodandemails.com Txt stop to 69877 to stop

Vodkaz Victim: I texted stop to 69887 and it cost me 50p and it didn't stop.

Linden: Let me check.

Linden: Can you tell me the current calltime balance and what you get free when you Top-Up?

Vodkaz Victim: The bastards charged me £300

Vodkaz Victim: Sorry, not three hundred pounds

Vodkaz Victim: three pounds

Vodkaz Victim: Current balance is £5:91

Vodkaz Victim: I should be on some kind of text bolt on, I think 300 txts per month if I top of over £10?

Vodkaz Victim: Also, since those scammers started bothering me, I've stopped getting balance reports on my phone after calling or texting.

Linden: Thanks. Please give me a moment to check your account.

Vodkaz Victim: I did text stop to them, but within hours a message followed (same as original message) informing me that I was subscribed.

Linden: Thanks for waiting.

Linden: I can see that your credit has been debited for receiving premier texts from the shortcode 69877.

Vodkaz Victim: And I'm afraid I typed the number wrong: It IS 69877

Vodkaz Victim: Yes, they took my money, but I've had nothing adult from them, I never subscribed and I don't want anything from them.

Linden: I'll help you with the details on how to stop receiving such texts and getting charged for it.

Vodkaz Victim: Thank you.

Vodkaz Victim: I'll also require my show balance reactivating and my £3:00 back, since 02 should not allow me to be robbed in such a fashion.

Linden: The name of the company is Switchfire. You'll need to call them on 08451309911 to stop receiving such texts and getting charged for it on your account.

Vodkaz Victim: Can you not block the company? They are, after all, harassing your customers.

Linden: I'm sorry we're unable to cancel this service, as it is a third party and not O2 provides this service.

Vodkaz Victim: 02 Should be able to block numbers to my phone.

Linden: It needs to be done through the third party company by contacting them on the above. We can only advise you on how to stop this, as we have no control over these services.

Vodkaz Victim: I've been a loyal customer for years and if you do not stop the texts I will switch providers.

Vodkaz Victim: This is fucking ridiculous!

Vodkaz Victim: You should be able to block numbers from contacting me.

Linden: You may've not subscribed to the service. You may've had just one contact with the premium text message provider's by phone or by Internet. These companies often keep a note of the mobile number and a few months later they start to send these premium text messages.

Vodkaz Victim: You should not assist other companies in stealing from your customers.

Vodkaz Victim: You're mistaken: I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICE.

Vodkaz Victim: I'm telling you I did not. No maybe about it.

Linden: Some customer's don't realise that they've subscribed to this service and that it isn't O2 who is charging them.

Vodkaz Victim: I understand it's not 02.

Vodkaz Victim: But I did not subscribe and I don't want to hear from them and if 02 does not block the number then I will leave 02 because these guys are using 02 to take my money and give nothing in return.

Linden: We don't share our customers information to any other customers and to the third party services.

Linden: To stop receiving the texts, I request you to call the above number.

Vodkaz Victim: You will lose customers like this.

Linden: I'm sorry it's no we're charging you for the texts.

Vodkaz Victim: No, but you're not stopping THEM charging me.

Vodkaz Victim: In effect 02 is helping a 3rd party steal from me.

Vodkaz Victim: That is NOT how to keep customers.

Linden: I'll forward your details to our support team to investigate into this for you.

Vodkaz Victim: Thank you.

Linden: Thanks for waiting.

Linden: I've done this for you and they'll contact you with there investigation.

Linden: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Vodkaz Victim: No.

Linden: It was great chatting with you.

Vodkaz Victim: This is the problem. Sorry if I seemed aggressive, take care Linden.

Linden: Have a nice day.

Linden: Bye.

Vodkaz Victim: Bye

Linden: I can understand.

Linden: It's okay.

Linden: Bye.

Linden: I need to know, two numbers you call or text regularly and how much credit you've got on your phone.

O2 has ended this chat session.
