I would like to thank BNF. I won't go into to much detail, but lets just say that he encouraged me to take my squat routine farther than I have before. This has been the first time in the last eight months that I have actually been sore two days after a workout. As long as I don't have to kneel down too much it is all good. :1orglaugh

First off I would like to thank DrMotorcity for the kind words and alerting me to the existance of this thread. He too has always been awesome to talk to. Second I would like to thank everyone that contributes to the board and makes it what it is. Without everyone and their input, the board would not be so special to us all. Lastly, since I came to say something nice about another member it would have to be Colonel. He went above and beyond the call of duty when making my sig for me. I did not know a thing about it and he made my sig and walked me through the entire process of setting it up. That is very cool man. :thumbsup: Peace

I'll third it (if that's possible)........mcrocket is one of the posters that I respect the most, for his brutal and sheer honesty. 4G63 would be another one in that boat, not afraid to tell it like it is!
