I know of two photosets of sara underwood (and there maybe more) that I have no idea where they came from... I searched playboy with a pbplus account but cannot find them. Does anyone know where these pictures originally came from?

Nevermind, after some more searching I found out that playboynet.playboy.com is where these originally come from. I wish playboy didn't have a million different sites that are seperate from each other, as if they aren't making enough money already. (pbplus, cyberclub, women of playboy...)

One of them was unfortunately deleted cause apparently it was too nude for photobucket.

You can probably find several more around the internet. She's probably planning on doing another PB appearance, just a guess.
 
She appeared on an episode of "Kendra" where she appeared with her new boobs for the first time and she also sported a really nice bikini outfit for the bridal shower. Screen caps and store pics of her in the outfit are on my blog:
