I have to agree without getting an argument going, but it probably is Sandra. The mole is gone, but the engagment ring is there. Check pic #12 in this set;

This is going to go on and on [I've search all my set for all the girls mentioned and even the portals and can't find the set - someone must have it]

As regards moles being removed by computers, it wouldn't be worth it, there is no evidence of it being removed either. Plus picture are regularly flipped in magazines etc so a ring on the left hand becomes one the right - Sandra doesn't seem to be wearing one these days either

If it's not her, she has a twin out there. The mole could have also been airbrushed out, or just a bit of makeup could have covered it up. Looks like her to me.

That's fairly conclusive, and she has on the same ring in the original pic and my posting.
