Sandra Bullock tube dress picture

I know this isn't a typical freeones type of question, but I typed in the letter 's' in google, and Sandra's name appears. Good time for a diversion, I thought- so I came across this photo. She looks freakin' amazing in this tube dress, but it's a small photo, anyone know what this is from or where it was taken? I need to see more of this. Turns out I can't link to this particular photo- but it's a steel blue tube dress that is hugging her hips sweetly, and there's a dude on her right (no pun intended) that looks like John McCain.

Thanks, now that I see the larger picture (the one I found originally was much smaller). I can see it's a movie scene. For example, the girl in background on left with white gloves does not look real life. I actually thought it was a candid of her attending an awards or premier type of event.

Her legs and hips look explosive in that scene... thanks again.
