Yeah your friend sounds extreme. I still eat sweets and foods that i want and I'm not getting them out to just be healthy.... I'm getting them out because my body keeps rejecting them and they have already given me medical issues. I can't afford to keep putting new implants in at 10k a pop each year as well as have health issues because of them
