Why is a shipping charge applied to your downloadable videos? I went to place an order, and the shipping charge was going to be $5.00, for an estimated 3 lb package, even though all I was ordering was an internet link to the vid.

Bobo, my store is set up like that. But you can fool the system by not entering a shipping address at all for a downloadable video. It wont charge shipping at all if you do that. ;)
