I'm going to do a review of all 3 of these services at once, since they are all the same, except with a few minor differences.

I've read the terms of services (at least any parts that contain nudity), of Omegle and chatroulette, and they both allow it (or at least, have no way in reporting it - making it unofficial that they allow it).
But, even though they allow nudity, they've also failed at a very VERY basic function: Gender choice. You can not choose the gender you are seeking. Honestly, how difficult is it to program: "I am a []Male []Female [Couple]" Seeking "[]Male []Female []Couple []Everyone"? Without this choice available, you spend 90% of your time clicking through dudes with their cocks out masturbating. You could go a long, long time before coming across an actual girl, and even if you do, a good portion of the time they'll just click 'next' or 'disconnect'. You can barely get a 'Hi' posted before they click 'next'
If this was fixed, if there was a gender option there, these websites would be 10,000 times more useful, and would be given a 'useful website' rating, not a 'useless - waste of time' rating.
