Reptilian evil creatures among us?

These are the same people who found mammoth skulls and invented the Cyclops myths (don't spear me, X-Men fans!)

Although I have to admit, the introduction of the Cyclops-es to the semi-recent Narnia movies was a smart move, one of the few in that movie I condone. That, and the minotaurs.

x-men is cool. naked girls & x-men, a good big burger and a cold good beer... yeah, we guys don´t need much to be happy. :D

Please don't include all guys in your group.
You are nothing like me, and I need a lot more to be "happy" than beer (don't drink), a burger (eat them very seldom), and any of the "X-Men" movies. (I do watch them from time to time, great flicks.)
Being a male isn't really a group identity...

Before you laugh and make fun of anything like dragons among us... do your homework. Look at the Chinese culture who to this day worship the sleeping dragon that sleeps under the earth. The ancient Sumerians ( a culture that existed in the cradle of civilization - thousands of years before Jesus) believed that Marduk slayed Cthulu (a dragon) and from the dragons body Marduk created the Earth. Marduk then became the moon to watch over Marduk that he never re-awakens. This is where the Chinese get their sleeping dragon.

There are many authors out there that think outside the box, granted some internal editing on your part is needed but you should have an open mind. Davide Icke has 4 great books out there that discuss this. There are others as well that contribute to the larger idea.

If we as a people can believe in flying saucers and E.T.'s, why can't we believe that a dragon like people are among us.

For those of you interested you can download David Icke ebooks on limewire.

You never know when a thought will trully broaden your mind. Just think, a few hundred years ago people thought the world was flat!!! Now look at conventional thought!!!

Ever wonder why there are no modern Sumerians? Btw the moon was created in the early days of the solar system by a body about the size of Mars colliding with the Earth.

I think "out of his mind" is a better description than "outside the box".

Because flying saucer and E.T.'s are just as unreal as dragon like people?

Well Dean Wormer, I won't disagree with you on the moon, it was proven scientifically just this past year or so. But hitting me with that doesn't disprove what the Sumerians believed. As well, there are many ancient cultures that do not exist today, honestly, do you think America will be around in 5,000 years?? More likely no.

What I was saying, for those who would be interested in formulating their own thoughts and opinions is to keep an open mind and do some homework on their own. The worst thing a person can do is become a sheep and have others tell them what their personal beliefs and opinions are, hence... keep and open mind?

As far as calling David Icke out of his mind. So what? Your opinion, others would probably think him a visionary. Crazy or Visionary, I commend the man for putting himself out there and taking the ridicule he's endured. The man kept by his guns and published several books. I have read his books and enjoyed them, can't say I believed everything in his books but they have allowed me to modify my way of thinking to incorporate other possibilities and ways of thinking.

What it boils down to from my tirade is this... be your own man/woman. Think for your self. Til a dragon or alien does a press conference - theory, conjecture, and debate are all we have.

The problem with Icke and anyone else who even remotely thinks like him is that all of his claims have something to do with "supernatural" forces/beings. The world we inhabit is natural not supernatural. If it were the other way around then nothing that people do would matter. None of it would be real. The beings could just snap their fingers and what has happened will not have happened. Anything can happen. JFK is still alive, Hitler won the war, the Confederacy defeated the Union, Napoleon was victorious, the Roman empire did not collapse. Supernatural beings can do anything, you know.

 Like I said, I don't necessarily agree with everything the man writes about, like when he wrote about taking a narcotic in some third world country and could suddenly speak to an alien/ancient force... a little trippy for me. But hey... what his books are about are HIS theories and ideas. Alot of people can't argue with alot of his research. Especially about the Rothschilds/Morgans and the like and the plot to gain a new world order. Gotta admit, when you look at the world today, it makes you wonder. I know I do. As for an alien lizard society controlling us from the Caucus Mountains/England/Area 51 well, until more proof comes around I find myself on the skeptical side. However, why not be open to it.

As for his book on human life being nothing more than a "matrix like experience" again, gotta balk at it, but I'm not entirely shutting it out either. Until someone I know who has died comes back to me and tells me EXACTLY what I can expect after death, I have to be open to possibilities.

Whatever you do, try to not apply some common sense to the situation.
I would think that you had some grasp of reality before reading the book...maybe not.
An alien lizard society controlling us from the Caucus Mountains/England/Area 51? No clue there?
The entire foil hat wearing crowd gets wide-eyed whenever a conspiracy theory is mentioned...sad for a rational adult to espouse such silly dribble; UFOs have some possibility/credibility behind the theory, but reptilian creatures among us really bites the believability issue.
flylicker:lame:

All right, let's be careful now. All this talk about dragons might scare Matthew McConaughey. Anybody remember the movie Reign of Fire?

The ancient Sumerians...believed that Marduk slayed Cthulu

Cthulhu is a fictional character created in 1926 by H.P. Lovecraft. However, a lot of the ideas that inspired him deal with what we are talking about. time/space travel, lost civilizations, the history of the occult and dark superstition. A collaborator of his, Robert Howard, creator of Conan, incorporated those ideas into his stories too. In fact, in his mythology the first civilization on the earth was founded by people that evolved from reptiles. pretty interesting stuff.
