It was from SpikeTV. Somebody got the rights and made an more adult version for late night basic cable. They were never as funny as the Original Nickelodeon episodes.

I'll go a step further- those Spike ones are an insult to those characters, which used to be funny. Not like anyone needed a more adult version of them.

Actually, what had happened was John Kricfalusi, the creator of Ren and Stimpy was hired on by Viacom to do the Adult Show Ren and Stimpy, which is where this clip comes from. He had complete uncesored rights to the show and did them along the lines of the way he wanted to as opposed to the previous Ren and Stimpy that was made for Nickelodeon and was even then a bit extreme for a children's network station.
