I hope your ***** problems got better by now! I had similar ***** issues from time to time.
My advice:
Make sure you get really tired before going to bed, a good long jogging or other physical activity.
I have the feeling you are having a couple of drinks and maybe smoke, too. As hard as it is, try to just have one **** or one glass of **** i the evening, best after that physical activity.
Don't watch TV or hang in front of the computer till late night, better read a book that makes you laugh a bit before switching off the light.
Eat good food, and do not stuff yourself late-night. A bit of hot soup and some good juice do a miracle.
Something I have trained that helps a lot:
Autosuggestion
I did not take any courses and so on. But try to fix some lines that are easy to speak. Like 'I am sleepy, so sleepy. I will go to *****. I'll have sweet dreams, very sweet.' etc...
When lights are out and you go to *****, and softly repeat them under your breath, over and over again.
This really worked for me.
