I dont see how anyone would say she looked her best before the boob job. She is gorgeous now. She looks more filled out and her body looks more even now. IMO.
Some guys just like natural tits is all. And some like big ones, natural or not. Purists will never be wild about a boob job period, but I think most men would prefer a woman to have big tits that look natural. I imagine most women who are considering enhancement would probably prefer that too.
I think it really does depend on the quality of the boob job and the woman's body prior to the surgery. Some boob jobs are total fucking disasters, and a lot of times it's because it was a cheap boob job to begin with. But sometimes the quality of the finished product has to do with how well the woman can "wear" her new girls. Generally, going from B-Cups to D's is going to be a problem because the woman just doesn't have enough skin to surround the implants, which makes them stand up and look like half grapefruits that don't move at all. And if she has a small frame (which is likely if she started out small), she may end up looking terribly unbalanced. Plus, the nipples have to be grafted into new locations so they look somewhat natural, and, sometimes they end up looking cockeyed if one of the implants doesn't settle the way the surgeon thought it would. Then there are the scars, which are more obvious (I think) when there is a drastic size increase because the new boobs stand up more and show the crease along the bottom better.
But sometimes boob jobs end up looking pretty good, and in my opinion, Rachel's turned out great. She may have gone a little larger than she should have, but the main things that made them work for her are that she started out with decent sized girls to begin with (they just weren't as full and perky as they could have been, which gave them room to accommodate the implants) and she has great hips. Had she not had these things going for her, the new set might not have ended up looking as good.
Other really great boob jobs include Shyla Stylez, Jayden Jaymes, Priya Rai, Memphis Monroe, Jenna Presley and Madison Ivy.
If Rachel made any mistake at all from a "Professional" standpoint, it was deciding to have the surgery so late in her career, and even this is debatable.
