If you are a meat-lover who appreciates the finer things in life then I have a treat for you. I filmed at a gourmet market yesterday that has without doubt the best butcher shop I have seen in the US in my entire life. I've traveled a bit and have been making a living from it for the last few years so I have a bit of experience with this and I can tell you, this is the BEST steak I have ever had. Period. I've been to many of the great steakhouses in the US and Europe as well as New Zealand and Australia and have had some incredible steak, but this place blew me away.
Seriously, look at the size of those lamb chops! The marbling on the meat is incredible. They dry-age everything on premises for 90 days and buy all their meat from Niman Ranch. Hormone-free grass-fed beef. Fucking incredible.
