Read this if you didn't get your MyFreeones points for a board action!

I am fairly new but over 100 posts as you can see. I went to www.freeones.com and tried to sign in but it said access denied. I can sign into the message board though.
I tried following the instructions from the very first post on here.
I know I am a dumbass when it comes to this stuff, but can anyone help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.

I have never heard of this problem before, but it may happen if you use the wand button of your browser (Ctrl+enter), if not, I really do not know, but the good thing is that you can use the forum after all. :hi:

It happened to me once on another forum, but in the end it was solved just like that: the forum disappeared. I could never find it again… My guess is that you have to keep on trying and hope that this forum remains intact... We need it after all. :glugglug:

I only just bothered signing up for this today. I dunno why it took me so long.

Anyway, as you can see my post count is pretty damn high, and I have linked myfreeones account to this forum account, yet I still only have 50 points.

Does this mean my high post count doesn't make a difference?...

It is strange that when I tried to log in today the server told me that it didn’t recognize my browser's request. I had to try for several times to get into. So... anyone another idea why this? And after how many post do you get points?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I try to register for MyFreeones... but it says my username and e-mail are already in the database. So am I already registered? When I try to log in using my forum username and password it doesn't give me access.

In my MyF account, I clicked on forum and entered my forum ID and password. I got an error message saying, "The Freeones Board username bootywatcher is in use by someone else." :helpme:

to be honest i never even really knew about the points system until now. and i checked my points and i only have 55. whats up with that?

In order to get credit for your message board actions on your My Freeones account, your two accounts MUST be synced.

Go to the points tab in your My Freeones account and it should automatically give you an option to put your board name into a text field. If it doesn't, there's a link for it under the FAQs tab. If you can't find either way to sync it, either PM me or send a message to webmaster@freeones.com and I'll sync it for you. Make sure you tell me your My Freeones AND your board account names (I don't need passwords so keep them to yourself please!!).

It will take anywhere from 2-6 hours for any points you have retroactively coming to show up on your My Freeones account and even if both accounts have the exact same email and exact same login name --- you must sync them.

How do we make sure our myfreeones account is associated with our board account or is it automatic? The reason I ask is I didn't have a myfreeones account and just signed up for one.

Go to the points tab in My FreeOnes and it should give you a box and prompt you to add your board user name. If it doesn't, let me know and I will be happy to do this manually for you.

I figured out how to associate my board name with my myfreeones account. The only thing now is I didn't get my 500 points for 100 post.
