Rapper faces 30 years in prison

LukeEl

I am a failure to the Korean side of my family
I know idea who this twunt is, but I bet Master P can kick his ass!

30 years is way excessive.

Two mistakes he obviously made:

1. transporting a large amount of narcotics at 3 A.M. and...

2. Transporting in an Escalade.

Never ceases to amaze me some of these cats and how dumb they are. I've known kids that moved trash bags full of product and they sure as shit weren't moving in Lacs and Benz's at 3 in the morning. Moron.

I'm watching some specialist videos
Marijuana - no so bad as such, but the quantity substantial enough to look like dealing.
Guns - idiot, but in the states it is still legal to carry a licensed firearm.

But both together is a recipe for disaster.
You get a stoned rapper, paranoid because he is stoned, shooting some poor innocent kid who recognises him and wants a autograph.

He had some marijuana. So what? If the guns were registered then there is no crime there. I see no problem here.

As much as I hate Soulja Boy, I don't think he should have to do a day in jail for this bullshit.

There's no such thing as bad publicity. He's a nobody if he ever was anybody but someone who produced some garbage music. This will be a boost to his career.

Conspiracy...
Guns AND drugs in the car.

I don't see the problem.

Calling Soulja Boy a "rapper" is like calling Jon S. a legitimate novelist!
He's got money.....hell beat the case.

Legzman

what the fuck you lookin at?
MARIJUANA?

Fucking marijuana? and you want to lock a person up for marijuana?

marijuana?

is this a porn board or a Jehovah Witness board?

No, lock him up cause he's a wortless piece of shit and his music is garbage. There are laws against both guns and drugs for whatever reason. But it's a convenient excuse to rid the world of one more useless pile cloggin the air waves with total shit!

I don't see the problem.

Was he doing drugs in the car?

Nore do I. Maybe he'll get stoned and shot himself in the head. That would be fuckin sweet! Only problem is then weed never would be legalized.

They shouldn't legalize weed. They just shouldn't do anything about it unless someone commits an actual crime while they are on it.
There's no reason someone can't grow weed on their own property.

Do I detect a "bromance" blossoming? Should we be expecting a "coming out party" anytime soon? Just sayin'! :D

The clowns from ATF don't think so.

...What has forged this quirky convergence of advocacy — tokers, meet shooters — is a September letter from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives saying it is illegal for medical-marijuana patients to own firearms.
Everybody who buys a gun must fill out ATF Form 4473, which asks: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"
Answer yes, and you don't get the gun. Falsely answer no, and you've just committed a crime....
