LOL. No, that isn't an augmentation scar and looks nothing like one. It doesn't mean she's had augmentation. (Also, not all women with mid-sized breasts are natural. Some nearly breastless women decide to get relatively modest implants because slapping some huge cans on a naturally small-breasted girl can look ridiculous and is usually very obvious.)

Anywho, just looks like skin discoloration, probably a birthmark. It doesn't show up anywhere else from what I can see so it's probably not vitiligo or something, but in any case, scars from implants are usually on the bottom of the breast near where the breast joins to the chest. It's the most convenient place to "hide" the scar and to insert the implants. You certainly wouldn't make an incision on the top or side, so the bottom it is. Do an image search for "implant scars".

I wish she wouldn't be so modest and block it all the time (it's nothing to be ashamed of), but then again she's kind of a "teaser" solo gal. I'm glad the editors of the pictures don't 'shop it out.
