If I'm not attracted to Asian women, should I sleep with them anyway just so some random stranger doesn't perceive me as a racist? Besides, Rachel has stated before that she has been involved in her personal life with men of different races & that her beef with interracial scenes is more to deal with the blatant racism that exists in the adult industry.

you make an excellent point regarding the sentiment highlighted in bold. as an average black man [black man with an average penis] (7 x 4.75), porn stereotypes have furthered by negative perceptions of my perfectly normal penis to the point where i think it is inadequate (well the girth, at least).
however, i do take issue with your point about attraction particularly as it regards to race. porn is not everyday life. For me personally, i don't care if a pornstar would have sex outside of her race OUTSIDE of porn. that is where sexual PREFERENCE comes in, especially if you are not particularly attracted to persons of certain races (which is fine). the issue with sex within the business is that preferences should typically be left for types of scenes etc. preferences for male talent should only matter if the talent is known to have character flaws that would make it hard for you to work with him (eg. if he's a douche, abusive etc.) and hence they get put on the actresses' 'no list'. PREFERENCE for talent outside of this has no place in porn (whether it be racial preferences, age preferences, size preferences). there is no way that these women are attracted to all or even most of the men they actually AGREE to do scenes with so to say someone not being 'attracted' to the RACE of a talent much less the talent himself, is acceptable grounds for them never doing a scene with a particular race is asinine. of course i'm not saying rachel is guilty of this mind you, just saying racial preferences has NO PLACE in porn as it is already understood that this is merely a job and that female talent for the most part are faking their attraction & enjoyment.
what the disgruntled fans need to do is accept certain truths:
rachel will probably never do interracial. accept it and get over it. i'm black and i couldn't care less if she never works with a black man provided it is not due to any racial 'preferences'. i rarely give a shit about the actor in the video, as long as he fucks the pornstar good.
