Hey guys I figured this would be a good place to get advice on this. (may be graphic for some)

For years and years, longer than i can remember, the skin on my dick has had these really small lil bumps. like lil beads under the surface. Pretty much scattered across my dick, some small spots dont have them. Ive talked to two different doctors at planned parenthood and one of them said they were just hair folicols and i have nothing to worry about and the other doctor said they are just glands and that some guys have them and some dont and theres nothing i can do about them. Im pretty sure its not an std. They never itch hurt or get red. Its really weird and it makes me very self conscious about having sex with a new girl or getting a blow job.
does anyone else know what im talking about? I **** them and want to get rid of them.
