Question about posting pics

The rules state that it is ok to post pics from Premium Link Upgrade , does this mean you can post multipul pics from there? Or is it still 1 or 2?

Also, can hardcor pics from Premium Link Upgrade or anywhere on freeones for that matter be posted?
