I'm on my 1st PS3 and my 4th 360 due to their over heating problems. PS3's online is free, has a built in blu-ray, and doesn't sound like a jet engine taking off.

Im starting to think that the play stations better because their big games like LA Noir, and mass effect use two dics on the xbox but on play station you only need one. The xbox also doesnt get all the downloadable characters for games such as mortal kombat and batman arkum, but play station does.

The last two things that makes Play Station 3 look better than Xbox 360 is free online pay and certain games that are made for the system.
What do I choose.... I choose Xbox 360! I already own it, got 30 + games, and... and I like the controller for the Xbox 360 way more than the play station 3

ps3 just because i have never owned a 360. The position of the analogue sticks on the 360 is the stupidist design i have ever seen. Especially when playion football/soccer games as you have to twist your hand to use both. The trigger thing on the ps3 controller is good enough for me. If you think about it in the long run a 360 costs more as you need to pay £40 a year for online which is stupid. The love film thing is good, plus the bbc iplayer, 40d and itv net player

Totally agree about the analog sticks,and I never thought about how much the 360 is going to cost you in the long run.

I agree. The analogue stick position on the XBOX 360 makes my wrist hurt after while. Supposedly the reason they are off set is because Sony patented the design of the analogue sticks.

Xbox 360. Better customer support, better games, better online experience, better hardware since the release of the 360 S. If you want a bluray player go spend $80 and buy one. If you wanna watch HD movies on your xbox use zune or netflix.

I have both.

The 360 is my gaming machine. The PS3 is for blu-rays and certain PS3 exclusive games.

If a game comes out for both, I get it for the 360. No questions asked.

If I could only have one, it would be the 360 all the way!

I own both system but they are different in alway, For FPS games I go with the Xbox 360 because of the controller are fit for game like that. alot of gamers will buy COD, Halo, and even Gears of War for what system. Now if you want action/adventure, sports, rpg, and fighting game then PS3 is the way to go. Pulse it played Blu Ray. But online Playstation 3 online is free but they do the PSN Pulse were you just paid only $17.99 for 3 months or $49.99 for a year. You get alot of free DLC's and other cool sutff. Xbox Live is one of the best online, not only does you played video games online but you can used Twitter, Facebook, ESPN, Netflix (The same on PS3 but the PS3 one is much better), ESPN and now they going to have Youtube. The bad part is what you have to piad for online. It used to be $19.99 for 3 months and $49.99 a year, but since last year they jack the price. Still Xbox Live good
