Really? Vegas is illegal? I'm surprised cause EVERYWHERE I went I was offered something:

Prostitution and marijuana should be legal, regulated and taxed. Marijuana should be criminalized at the same level of drunk driving. Since there's too much drunk driving today and there's too much repeat drunk driving--perhaps we could make these penalties harsher and fines greater, but that's the extent of it.

We would have much safer, cleaner and better prostitution and pot if we did this. Why couldn't men be prostitutes too? Women probably wouldn't mind pulling into a Stud Ranch, climbing aboard a cock and riding the hell out of it...they should be able to do that for a price...

The one problem with criminalizing stoned driving is there is no legitimate way to tell if a person is stoned on the spot whereas with alcohol, the police can have you take a breathalyzer. The only surefire way to test for marijuana is through a piss test and that would only show if you did it in the last 30 days or so.

My eyes are constantly red and I would be furious if I got a ticket for being 'stoned' simply because I look like I am.

There actually ARE such testing kits. here in Germany, they are widely used by the police.

Oh, and by the way:

Prostitution is legal here in Germany. This does not solve all the problema, but prostitutes have to go to the next cities health center and get a full test on Sexually Transmitted Diseases. And they pay taxes etc.

I've never heard of these before. Personally, I wouldn't have a problem with them as long as they don't give off false positives. For example, if I took a couple gravity bong hits in the AM and get swabbed five hours later, is it going to say I'm stoned? Because five hours later, I most certainly am not. And what about simply brushing my teeth & using some mouth wash?
