I was gonna buy a Roxanne Hall (great gal, BTW) DVD from toyboxxx.com, but I got a question. I got a prepaid american express card, and I don't understand when I got to the check-out screen it, what do I put down for "Bank Name". I'm confused cause Amazon never asks for "Bank Name". So what do you put down with a pre-paid Gift Card ? Just "Recipient" or "Gift Card" of what ? ...
