Pretty *** w/ steel-wool hairsyle

This is the only set of her that I've ever seen, yet looks familiar somehow. And that hair! It looks nice, but it looks dangerous, too! Rough enough to clear the rust off of a chrome bumper! (To whom it may concern: at one time, the bumpers of automobiles were made of chrome-plated steel. It had something to do with having the necessary strength to support the engine-crank.)

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
