An excellent question.

I think people see conspiracies everywhere only because they want to. And some people like to think they are so much smarter than the average person AND smarter than the people in government, that they simply force their own ridiculous take on things.

Conspiracy theories are certainly not exclusive to America. They are alive and well everywhere.

Having said that, I think there are more conspiracy theories about America than anywhere else, but I believe that's due to the excessive international press coverage America gets, and its position of "prominence" on the world stage.

The lone bullet hit Kennedy in the back, exited his neck and then continued on to hit Connally in the back, wrist and leg. The bullet eventually falls out of Connally's leg and onto his stretcher at Parkland. It also was in near pristene condition, as well.
