Prescribed heroin (!)

The nearly 1,300 selected addicts, who have been unhelped by other therapies, visit one of the centers twice a day to receive the carefully measured dose of heroin produced by a government-approved laboratory.

I am kinda shocked with this... You can call it experiment, but I think it is too dangerous.

It is somewhere on a borderline between madness and breakthrough. If all ***** were accessible, there would be no ****-money for mafia. This is good. But at the same time it is a free distribution of death among people by their own government. And from this point of view this is sick.

Actually I can't figure out my opinion upon that subject, unless the fact that I am shocked.
