Preparations for anal

I watched many movies in my life. Mostly anal. And in every movie there is no preparation. I mean girls take it directly with no hesitation in her ass.

But as far I know there must be some lubriqant and warm up and other things. Do you guys maybe know any movie that shows this thing.
