The turn on isn't about babies. The turn on is that there is nothing more feminine than having a baby...that's the essence of being a woman, right? So, in a way, pregnant women are as feminine as it gets, which is hot.

Also, it's kind of hot to be reminded of the purpose of all that sex the porn star is having...I mean, when you think about it, to completely separate sex from pregnancy is bizarre, because that's the whole point from a natural perspective, so seeing a pregnant pornstar is hot because it's an overt reminder of her being human, not a piece of plastic.

Of course, some guys prefer to think of pornstars as plastic toys, not humans, so they probably don't find it a turn on.
