Sorry I've been a bit absent from the boards, and I see things got a makeover.
I have a powerlifting competition tomorrow. I'd love some good luck wishes
I will be competing
in the 123 lb weight class. Just made my weigh in today wooo it was intense, lo carbs, hot showers, and lots of determination. Going for 120 bench, 195 squat and 195 deadlift.
