Possible to lose 20lbs in 3 weeks?

Hi, I currently weigh 161lbs and want to drop down to 140 by June 9th for my trip to Vegas. Is it possible to lose that much weight in 3 weeks? If so, what can help? I know some things like ******** only water, and no fast food unless its Subway. Any other tips?

Also, why does water make you feel bloated? lol
