Well how would you "fix" that gap? Doctor cannot change the position of her nipples, they are where they are and that`s it. Either you place the implants so that the tits look nice, or then you place the implants closer to eachother, but get the nipples on the outer edges of the tits.

Besides, personally I like a wide gap like that.
I think it makes silicone tits only sexier, because you can see the boobs from behind when she lifts her arms up, even if her tits aren`t that big. That`s very sexy in my opinion.
Also, it makes her bust look bigger when she wearing clothes, but no bra.

If you like rock hard boobs with nipples that are cockeyed I guess=/ I thought she was perfect before, personally.

Like someone else said, not a bad idea, but not great execution. Still, I expect they'll get fixed up and look great eventually. At least she didn't end up with the nipple scarring some chicks get.

Personally I prefer the scars around nipples rather than under the tits. Nipple scars are ugly only if they are very bad, and even then they`ll usually get better over time as they have time to heal. But under the boobs, on white skin, they will always be very obvious, and unfortunately I have to say that they look ugly in my eyes.
